Film faced plywood is made with selected hardwood veneers where WBP grade of phenol formaldehyde resin - conforming to IS 848:1974 is used for bonding. It is elegant and durable, superior film faced, densified shuttering Ply. It is powerful to withstand any amount of load of concrete and the vibration caused while pouring the concrete.
Selected naturally are durable cross band veneers impregnated with specially formulated phenol resin or melamine resin. It is then topped with the world class 125gsm Impregnated Surface Film.
Applications
TEKCOM film faced plywood is used for high-end construction purpose, as a formwork in industrial and civil works, has many advantages compared to traditional product such as:
